National Careers Service
Tribal Careers deliver the National Careers Service to adults in a range of venues across Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset (we are a subcontractor to Careers Southwest Ltd) and we specialise in seeing customers in community venues.
The National Careers Service offers free, independent, impartial information and advice on learning and work for unemployed and employed adults.
The National Careers Service offers:
- Access to a wide range of information about careers and the job market where people live
- Face to face advice to employed and unemployed adults in a range of locations in local communities
- Detailed sector by sector labour market information so people can discover which industries are growing in their area
- Tools such as a CV builder and a Skills Health Check on the website to help people identify their skills strengths and gaps
- People to open a Lifelong Learning Account, which gives them, clear information and advice on skills, careers and financial support in a single, personalised online space
Throughout March and April, Tribal Careers Advisers are holding FREE CV workshops at:
- Bournemouth Central Library on Wednesday, 25th April from 10.00am to 1.00pm
- Winton Library on Wednesday, 9th May from 9.30am to 12.30pm
- CastlePoint Library on Wednesday, 16th May from 10.00am to 1.00pm
Alternatively we are able to see adults aged 19 plus for FREE one to one appointment in a community venue local to them.
