You will have heard a lot about the planning changes that the Government are proposing to introduce over the next few months.

As you will see whilst the press publicity surrounding these proposals suggested that they were with immediate effect, some, if not most, of the matters included are caveated with statements such as 'propose to legislate' or 'intend to review' so at this stage it is not clear how quickly some of the measures will actually come into force.
