Television Digital Switchover Volunteers Needed

Help and Care is working with Digital Outreach and the BBC to ensure that older people and disabled people have the benefit of support before the digital switchover from the analogue signal is made in February and March 2012. We need volunteers and community supporters to spread the word in their local communities and help us identify older and disabled people who will need help from the Switchover Help Scheme. The Switchover Help Scheme is run by the BBC and offers people aged 75+ and disabled people everything they need to convert one of their TV sets to digital.
